Description
Common use
Tadacip belongs to the class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5). When sexual stimulation occurs, Tadacip enables a man’s penis to fill with enough blood to cause an erection. In men with erectile dysfunction a blood flow to the penis is not enough to produce erection. The main component of Tadacip is Tadalafil, it relaxes smooth muscles, widens blood vessels in the penis and this allows blood to fill cavernous bodies and result in erection. After sexual act erection disappears as in normal circumstances. Erection cannot be achieved by just taking Tadacip, it requires sexual stimulation. Active substance of the medication is Tadalafil.
Dosage and direction
Usual recommended dose is one 20 mg Tadacip (Generic Cialis) tablet per day. Consult your doctor as you may need correction of your dose due to certain conditions you have. The elder people may be more liable to the side effects of Tadalafil; therefore caution is advised to exercise in this group.
Precautions
Tadacip should not be used in men with cardiac disease for whom sexual activity is inadvisable. There is no information about priapism when erectile dysfunction is treated by Tadacip, but in patients treated with with another PDE5 inhibitor sildenafil it may occur. If your erection lasts 4 hours or more you should seek immediate medical assistance to avoid permanent damage to your penis. Inform your doctor before to take Tadacip if you have abnormal penis, including curved penis and birth defects of the penis, had coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia (excess of lipids in the blood), sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in history.
